Outcomes
Building 4 is the culmination of over ten years work in planning, design and funding of much needed facilities for Monash University. It represents a contemporary expression on a tightly controlled heritage precinct.
Working closely with Professor Colin Chapman to integrate the long-term needs of the University, Building 4 was the final keystone piece in the University long term Master Plan for the precinct. It creates extensive “people space” and has refocussed the Faculty’s public frontage to Royal Parade.
