Outcomes

RMIT’s Activator is an integrated innovation and entrepreneurial eco-system. The innovative program and the space have been designed to accelerate the conversion of great ideas into products, services and start-up enterprises with high growth potential.

The project brings together the colocation of the RMIT Activator and the RMIT Ideas LAB to create a vibrant and exciting entrepreneurial community hub for students, alumni, researchers and industry partners. The hub provides largely open plan, flexible and easily accessible space with collaborative, private and shared working spaces along with events space, office and meeting room facilities.

The interiors have been designed to respond directly to the needs of both students and visitors, with loose fit furniture allowing for change to configurations. Varied interesting lighting and a vibrant colour palette.
