Outcomes
This design draws reference from its bayside location, lifestyle and environment cues whilst acknowledging the historical character of the area to develop a contemporary design response that is distinctly Brighton.
The buildings relationship to water is front and centre in the design thinking with 90% of apartments enjoying a water view.
An iconic element in the design is an infinity edge pool carved out of the form at the upper level with unobstructed views of the sea.
Nature is always present in the design with park and green spaces layered through the levels of the building reinforcing connections to community and the oval at ground level whilst providing a more unique offering to the upper levels than the standard apartment balcony.
